Is our Chilean summer too warm for you? Come and join us on our whitewater rafting tour for an adventure of a lifetime!
The Maipo River originates high up in the Andes Mountains, near the border of Argentina & Chile and provides excellent opportunities for whitewater rafting, class 3 & 4.
If this is your first time rafting, we will start with a quick lesson and safety instructions by our guide before we board the raft. We will take off for 10 km of a thrilling whitewater rafting ride down the Maipo River!
Since the water comes straight from the glaciers higher up in the mountains, the temperatures are around 8°c, so a wetsuite is a must. After the tour, you’ll have time for a warm shower and a hearty picnic lunch as soon as you get back.
You will be picked up at 10.00 and returned by 18.00 to your hotel. Drive time is about 2 hours
