Come join our Discovering Chile Tour! Chile offers an immensely varied territory stretching over almost 4000 km from North to South. It offers dramatic sceneries and a great variety of wildlife. Also, Chile is the of rocky mountains, vast glaciers, rolling pampas, dense forest and lunar-like landscapes. For most people Chile is a once in a lifetime destination, therefore we have made a selection of Chile’s highlights divided between Patagonia, Santiago and San Pedro de Atacama. Day 1 Arrive in Santiago
Day 2 Santiago: Day trip to Valparaiso
Discover the hidden beauty of this unique harbor town in Chile called Valparaiso. Admire the beautiful murals, street artists, historical sites, & delicious seafood. Enjoy a boat ride in the harbour or visit the museum house of Pablo Neruda! (Breakfast & Lunch included)

Day 3 Santiago: Andes Mountains & Observatory
After breakfast we head to the Andes Mountains surrounding Santiago. For today you can choose between: Andes Day Hike or a Horseback Riding Tour. Here you will take in the stunning vistas over the Andes Mountains. At the end of the tour we enjoy a gourmet picnic. In the afternoon we return you to your hotel where you have the possibility to rest and freshen up. Early evening we pick you up for a stargazing tour at the Observatory. (Breakfast, Lunch, Gourmet Tapas for dinner included)

Day 4 Santiago: Winery Tour
Today we enjoy a full day exploring 2 boutique wineries in the Maipo valley. Learn about why Chile’s climate and soil provide such excellent condition to produce world class wines. Between the 2 tours & tastings, we enjoy a tasty lunch at a traditional Chilean restaurant. (Breakfast & Lunch included)

Day 5 Santiago –> Calama –> San Pedro de Atacama: Archaeological Ancestry Tour or Observatory
Private transfer from your hotel to Santiago Airport. Here you will take your flight to Calama in the north. At the Calama Airport you will picked up via private transfer and driven to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama, an oasis town in the Chilean desert. Depending on your arrival time, you can opt for an archaeological tour in the afternoon or an Observatory Tour in the evening. (Breakfast included)

Day 6 San Pedro de Atacama: Culinary Tour & Salar de Atacama
Explore San Pedro de Atacama in the morning on a culinary & historical tour and admire the famous Salar de Atacama in the afternoon! For both tours you are picked up from your hotel. During the Salar de Atacama tour you will visit Laguna Chaxa (famous for its flamingos) and Quebrada Kezala (famous for its petroglyphs). (Culinary breakfast included)

Day 7 San Pedro de Atacama: Tatio Geysers
Today we depart early to admire the sunrise at the bubbling Tatio Geysers and witness this spectacle of nature. In the afternoon enjoy some leisure time in San Pedro by yourself to explore the local shops. (Breakfast included)

Day 8 San Pedro de Atacama: Altiplanic Lagoons & Cultural Activity
Also to day an early departure for a half day excursion to the salt flats and altiplanic lagoons: spot the pink flamingos and enjoy the magical scenery and intense colors. After lunch we visit a small village and learn more the traditional ways of agriculture in the desert. We also participate in an activity focussed on the manufacturing process of local wool production. (Breakfast & Lunch included)

Day 9: Calama: Moon Valley –> Santiago
Take in the spectacular sights of the famous Moon Valley with is out-of-this-world landscapes. Marvel at the beauty of different colors and textures of this moon-like landscape, a natural phenomena created by the Andes Mountains meeting the desert. In the early afternoon, a driver will take you to the Calama airport for your flight to Santiago. Your hotel will be at a stone’s throw from the airport. (Breakfast & lunch aperitif included)

Day 10: Santiago –> Puerto Natales
Day 11 Puerto Natales: Torres del Paine National Park
Full day excursion to Torres del Paine National Park. This is a two hour journey crossing the pampa Patagonica. Arrival at Torres del Paine by main entrance of Amarga lake. Today we travel through the national

Day 12 Puerto Natales: Lago Grey & Milondon Cave
After breakfast we head to Lago Grey. Here you have 2 options:
1) Catamaran Boat trip & Milodon Cave
Here you will navigate aboard of the Grey III catamaran. Two hours navigation / Ice Hiking on this magical lake surrounded by ice bergs. The boat does a circuit right up to the front of the glacier whilst you stand on deck sipping your pisco sour served with glacier ice! Lunch at Grey Hotel. In the afternoon we drive back to Puerto Natales visiting Milodon cave. (Breakfast & Lunch included)
2) Ice Hike & Catamaran Boat trip (extra cost of 350 USD per person)
Day 13 Puerto Natales: Local Day at an Estancia
Today we enjoy a full day at a local Estancia at a short drive from Puerto Natales. It’s located in an unspoiled area with lot of wildlife. Once at the Estancia, we meet our horses, pack our bags and ride through the extensive pampas. We ride through beech forest, pass waterfalls and admire stunning vistas of the Laguna Sofia and ancient rock formations . For lunch, we ride back to the Estancia where you will enjoy a Chilean asado (BBQ) or another delicious meal. In the evening transfer back to Puerto Natales. (Breakfast & Lunch included)

Day 14 Puerto Natales: Half Day Kayaking
A fun and relaxing day exploring Puerto Prat. You will paddle along the Eberhard Fjord and enjoy the breathtaking views from a privileged point of view. We stop for a brief visit at Villa Luisa where Capitan Eberhard chose to live with his family at the end of the 19th century. In total, you will spend about 4 hours paddling exploring this magnificent fjord.
We return by van back to Puerto Natales. (Breakfast & Lunch included)

Day 15 Puerto Natales –> Santiago
Take the morning to relax or explore the local shops in Puerto Natales. In the early afternoon, a driver will take you to the airport for your flight back to Santiago. (Breakfast included)
