After a short 35-minute drive, you’ll arrive at the ranch, where you’ll be greeted by the Arrieros (local cowboys) and their loyal dogs. These skilled horsemen will introduce you to the criollo horses—small, sturdy, and known for their calm temperament, making them perfect for riders of all experience levels.
